allaah aur us kee qaum
1main maseeh men sachch kaheta hoon, jhoot naheen bolta, aur mera zameer bhee rooh-ul-quds men is kee gavaahee deta hai 2ki main dil men apnay yahoodee hamvatanon kay liyay shadeed gham aur musalsal dard mahsoos karta hoon. 3kaash meray bhaaee aur khoonee rishtedaar najaat paaen! is kay liyay main khud malaoon aur maseeh say juda honay kay liyay bhee tayyaar hoon. 4allaah nay un hee ko jo israaeelee hain apnay farzand bannay kay liyay muqarrar kiya tha. un hee par us nay apna jalaal zaahir kiya, un hee kay saath apnay ahd baandhay aur un hee ko shareeat ata kee. vahee haqeeqee ibaadat aur allaah kay vaadon kay haqdaar hain, 5vahee ibraaheem aur yaaqoob kee aulaad hain aur un hee men say jismaanee lihaaz say maseeh aaya. allaah kee tamjeed-o-taareef abad tak ho jo sab par hukoomat karta hai! aameen.
6kahenay ka matlab yah naheen ki allaah apna vaada poora na kar saka. baat yah naheen hai balki yah ki vah sab haqeeqee israaeelee naheen hain jo israaeelee qaum say hain. 7aur sab ibraaheem kee haqeeqee aulaad naheen hain jo us kee nasal say hain. kyoonki allaah nay kalaam-ay-muqaddas men ibraaheem say farmaaya, “teree nasal ishaaq hee say qaaim rahegee.” 8chunaanchay laazim naheen ki ibraaheem kee tamaam fitratee aulaad allaah kay farzand hon balki sirf vahee ibraaheem kee haqeeqee aulaad samjhay jaatay hain jo allaah kay vaaday kay mutaabiq us kay farzand ban gaay hain. 9aur vaada yah tha, “muqarrara vaqt par main vaapas aaoonga to saara kay beta hoga.”
10lekin na sirf saara kay saath aisa hua balki ishaaq kee beevee ribqa kay saath bhee. ek hee mard yaanee hamaaray baap ishaaq say us kay judvaan bachchay paida huay. 11lekin bachchay abhee paida naheen huay thay na unhon nay koee nek ya bura kaam kiya tha ki maan ko allaah say ek paighaam mila. is paighaam say zaahir hota hai ki allaah logon ko apnay iraaday kay mutaabiq chun leta hai. 12aur us ka yah chunaao un kay nek aamaal par mabnee naheen hota balki us kay bulaavay par. paighaam yah tha, “bada chhotay kee khidmat karega.” 13yah bhee kalaam-ay-muqaddas men likha hai, “yaaqoob mujhay piyaara tha, jabki esau say main mutanaffir raha.”
14kya is ka matlab yah hai ki allaah beinsaaf hai? hargiz naheen! 15kyoonki us nay moosa say kaha, “main jis par meharbaan hona chaahoon us par meharbaan hota hoon aur jis par rahem karna chaahoon us par rahem karta hoon.” 16chunaanchay sab kuchh allaah kay rahem par hee mabnee hai. is men insaan kee marzee ya koshish ka koee dakhal naheen. 17yoon allaah apnay kalaam men misr kay baadshaah firaaun say mukhaatib ho kar farmaata hai, “main nay tujhay is liyay barpa kiya hai ki tujh men apnee qudrat ka izhaar karoon aur yoon tamaam duniya men meray naam ka parchaar kiya jaaay.” 18gharaz, yah allaah hee kee marzee hai ki vah kis par rahem karay aur kis ko sakht kar day.
allaah ka ghazab aur rahem
19shaayad koee kahay, “agar yah baat hai to phir allaah kis tarah ham par ilzaam laga sakta hai jab ham say ghaltiyaan hotee hain? ham to us kee marzee ka muqaabla naheen kar saktay.” 20yah na kahen. aap insaan hotay huay kaun hain ki allaah kay saath bahs-mubaahasa karen? kya jis ko tashkeel diya gaya hai vah tashkeel denay vaalay say kaheta hai, “too nay mujhay is tarah kyoon bana diya?” 21kya kumhaar ka haq naheen hai ki gaaray kay ek hee launday say mukhtalif qism kay bartan banaaay, kuchh baaizzat istemaal kay liyay aur kuchh zillat’aamez istemaal kay liyay? 22yah baat allaah par bhee saadiq aatee hai. go vah apna ghazab naazil karna aur apnee qudrat zaahir karna chaahata tha, lekin us nay baday sabr-o-tahemmul say vah bartan bardaasht kiay jin par us ka ghazab aana hai aur jo halaakat kay liyay tayyaar kiay gaay hain. 23us nay yah is liyay kiya taaki apna jalaal kasrat say un bartanon par zaahir karay jin par us ka fazl hai aur jo pahelay say jalaal paanay kay liyay tayyaar kiay gaay hain. 24aur ham un men say hain jin ko us nay chun liya hai, na sirf yahoodiyon men say balki ghairyahoodiyon men say bhee. 25yoon vah ghairyahoodiyon kay naatay say hosea kee kitaab men farmaata hai,
“main usay ‘meree qaum’ kahoongaa
jo meree qaum na thee,
aur usay ‘meree piyaaree’ kahoongaa
jo mujhay piyaaree na thee.”
26aur “jahaan unhen bataaya gaya ki ‘tum meree qaum naheen’
vahaan vah ‘zinda khuda kay farzand’ kahelaaengay.”
27aur yasaayaah nabee israaeel kay baaray men pukaarta hai, “go israaeelee saahil par kee ret jaisay beshumaar kyoon na hon to bhee sirf ek bachay huay hissay ko najaat milegee. 28kyoonki rabb apna farmaan mukammal taur par aur tezee say duniya men poora karega.” 29yasaayaah nay yah baat ek aur peshgoee men bhee kee, “agar rabb-ul-afwaaj hamaaree kuchh aulaad zinda na chhodta to ham sadoom kee tarah mit jaatay, hamaara amoora jaisa satyaanaas ho jaata.”

“dekho main siyyoon men ek patthar rakh deta hoon
jo thokar ka baais banega,
ek chataan jo thes lagnay ka sabab hogee.
lekin jo us par eemaan laaegaa
usay sharminda naheen kiya jaaega.”
